Background: We investigated the effect of in utero HIV-exposure, timing of antiretroviral treatment (ART) initiation, and ART interruption on memory responses and persistence of immunity induced by pneumococcal (PCV) and Haemophilus influenzae type b (HibCV) polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccines.
